Privacy policy

Controller details: the owner's legal name, address and contact email are added here before paid subscriptions open.

What we collect

Account: your first name, email address and a hashed password (we never see your password).
Journal: the trades, screenshots, notes, rules, reviews and settings you enter.
Payment: Stripe handles your payment details. We only receive your subscription status, a Stripe customer number and the renewal date. We never see your card number.

Why we use it

To run your account and journal (contract), to handle your subscription (contract and legal obligations such as invoicing) and to keep the service secure (legitimate interest). We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising and do not use tracking cookies.

Who processes it

Supabase stores accounts, journal data and screenshots on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Vercel hosts the website. Stripe processes payments. Our email provider sends account emails such as confirmations and password resets. Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, your journal and screenshots are deleted within 30 days. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires (7 years in Belgium).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict its use. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

Storage in your browser

We store your login session and unfinished trades in your browser's local storage so you stay logged in and do not lose work. These are not tracking cookies.
