Questions

How do I cancel?

In the app, go to Settings and click Manage subscription. You can cancel in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.

Who can see my trades?

Only you. Every account's trades, screens and notes are separated in the database, and screens are stored privately. We never sell or share your data.

Does it connect to my broker?

There is no live connection, so we never need your broker login. You upload the trade export from Tradovate, NinjaTrader or MT5, or log trades by hand in about 30 seconds. Trades you already imported are skipped automatically.

Can I track my prop firm challenges?

Yes. Add each funded account or challenge with its size, profit target and drawdown limits. You can filter every report by account, so a challenge and your personal account never mix.

Can my mentor see my trades?

Only if you choose to share. You can create a read-only link for one trade or a whole week, and turn it off again at any time. Everything else stays private.

Which markets does it work for?

Any market: futures, forex, indices, crypto or stocks. You log the PnL in percent, R or money, whichever you already use.

Can I bring my old journal?

Yes. Export your Notion database or spreadsheet as CSV, or your broker's trade history, and import it under Settings. Screens from Notion are not included in its export, so you add those per trade.

What happens to my data if I stop?

Your journal stays saved. When you subscribe again, everything is still there. You can also download all your trades as CSV at any time.
