Terms of service

Seller details: the owner's legal name, business address, company number (KBO) and VAT number are added here before paid subscriptions open.

1. The service

TraderJourneyz is an online trading journal. You log your own trades, screens, notes and rules, and the app calculates statistics from them. TraderJourneyz does not give financial, investment or trading advice, and nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell. Trading involves risk of loss.

2. Your account

You need an account with a valid email address. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Subscription and payment

TraderJourneyz costs €9.99 per month. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. Prices include VAT where applicable. We tell you at least 30 days in advance if the price changes.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in the app under Settings → Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments for a period that has started are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. By starting your subscription you ask us to give you access straight away and you acknowledge that, once the service has been fully provided, you lose this right. If you withdraw within 14 days, we may charge for the part already used.

6. Your data

Your trades, screens and notes belong to you. You can export your trades as CSV at any time. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.

7. Fair use

Do not misuse the service, for example by trying to access other users' data, overloading the system or uploading illegal content. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep TraderJourneyz available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee that the service is always free of interruptions or errors. We are not liable for trading decisions or losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, except where the law does not allow this limit.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters for you, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies.

10. Law

Belgian law applies. This does not take away protection you have under the law of the EU country where you live.
